MECHANICAL PRODUCTIONS
In the context of mechanical subcontracting , aimed at various product sectors (machinery components for the textile, paper, food, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic sectors, automotive and medical sectors) , we are able to provide turning, milling and grinding of small parts and medium size. By customer’s request, these products can also be assembled, to offer a complete finished product, always aiming for a guarantee of high quality. The productions are realized both in third party processing (with raw material supplied by the customer) and in the total sales way (raw material included).
MOLDING TOOLS
The activity in which M.R. is successfully engaged since more than thirty years – and for which has reached a very high level of specialization – is the production of hot forging tools and equipments for the Automotive market. Thanks to knowledge and targeted investments in advanced technologies, our company is able to guarantee an excellent product – small to medium batch – and in the creation of new prototypes, also with targeted different types heat treatments, operating – in this specific production – both nationally and internationally. The company aim, following the high reference quality standard, is to satisfy our customers in the best possible way, providing them with a product that fully complies the higher quality standards ensuring accurate lead times.
